7 mistakes you’re making with your job search

7 (easily fixable) mistakes you're making with your job search:

1. You're only applying to jobs via Easy Apply
2. You're skipping jobs that link to Workday or Greenhouse
3. You're not tapping into your existing network for leads
4. You're not enlisting the help of your family, friends, or colleagues
5. You're skipping the step of researching your target companies
6. You're using AI to write your resume and cover letter content
7. You're writing "see resume" in your application fields
